Women’s Opportunity Center of Syracuse is a non-profit organization that successfully assists hundreds of women each year on the road to self-sufficiency.

By participating in WOC programs and classes these displaced individuals build the confidence and skills to gain employment to support themselves and their families.

How can I help these courageous women to become successful contributing members to the economy of Central New York?

No support is too big or too small! Here are some great ways that you can help:

$25	Buys bus tokens for a woman who has no transportation to attend WOC programs or an invaluable internship
$50	Provides a woman with a professional resume and cover letter for submission to potential employers.
$100	Provides enrollment in a computer class.
$150	Will assure a professional image for an interview (clothes, shoes and haircut).
$500	Will purchase needed clothing and accessories for the clothes closet for women of all shapes and sizes.
$1000	Named in honor of an inspirational woman, will support a seven-week session of the Business Office Administrative Training (BOAT) program for 10 women!
